With the exception of American Family, for whom we are a DRP shop, Bodywerks does not participate in those programs. We work for you. We negotiate the repair your vehicle actually needs. We advocate for factory standards, not insurance margins.

Initial Claim Documentation
We document every visible damage point with photos, written records, and detailed scope of work. This documentation is what gives us leverage when negotiating with your adjuster.
Direct Adjuster Negotiation
We work directly with your insurance adjuster to get the full scope of necessary repairs approved. If the adjuster pushes back on legitimate repairs, we push back harder. With documentation.
Deductible Minimization
We structure repair estimates and negotiate to keep your out-of-pocket cost at or below your deductible whenever possible. In most cases, you pay nothing more than your deductible.
Supplemental Claim Handling
When additional damage is discovered during disassembly, we stop work, document the additional damage, and submit a supplemental claim to your insurance. You are never surprised by hidden costs.
Repair Approval Coordination
We coordinate every repair approval through your insurance company so you do not have to make calls or chase paperwork. We handle the back-and-forth so you can focus on getting back to your life.
Final Payment and Closeout
We handle final payment processing and claim closeout with your insurance company. Documentation is provided to you for your records.

At your estimate appointment, we document every detail of the damage. Photos, written scope, parts list, labor breakdown. This documentation is the basis of every negotiation that follows.
We Submit and Negotiate
We submit the documentation to your insurance adjuster. We negotiate the scope of work directly with the adjuster. We advocate for the repairs your vehicle actually needs.
We Handle Supplementals
If additional damage is discovered during the repair, we stop, document, and submit a supplemental claim. The repair does not continue until the supplemental is approved. No surprises.
We Close the Claim
Final payment, claim closeout, and documentation handling are all done by us on your behalf. You receive a copy of the final documentation for your records.
