Dawn and Jeff’s company (Bodywerks) has done collision repair on my vehicle and my son’s vehicle. The work was done extremely well, was very competitively priced, and was done in a timely manner. No one wants to get into a car accident, but if you do AND you want a reliable company to handle all the hassles with the insurance company, get your vehicle back quickly and be extremely satisfied with the results, my recommendation is to have Bodywerks complete your vehicle repair needs. Dawn and Jeff were great to work with. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. They were easy to work with and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, even meeting on Sunday to do an estimate!! I used Bodywerks when I needed the hood of my car replaced. My old hood had dents and a few big scratches all over it. When the car was done you couldn’t even tell that they have replaced the hood on the car. The paint color matched exactly. Not only did the hood of my car look AWESOME, Jeff also took the time to detail the inside of my car too. Now that’s what I call service. Bodywerks Auto Body shop is the BEST body shop! We have used their shop a couple different times. Both times the process of getting a quote and working with the insurance company was seamless. Our family’s schedule is crazy (like many others) and Dawn and Jeff made it very convenient. We were able to drop off the vehicle after hours and had a quote by 8AM the next morning. Not only are they easy to work with, but they did a phenomenal job. The quality of work that was done was outstanding. I think the vehicles were actually even cleaner then when we bought them! This was especially helpful since we were selling one of the vehicles after we had it fixed. In fact, it sold within three days of being on the market. I would highly recommend Dawn and Jeff because they do phenomenal work and are very trustworthy!

I drive a used ’03 Kia Spectra, with a “few” miles on it. Though it has never been perfect, it serves its purpose. After the first accident that was my (and only my) fault, I brought the injured econo car to Bodywerks. My rental car was waiting for me when I arrived. Jeff assured me that nothing else was needed and that he would take care of it. I received a call a few days later stating that the car was fixed and ready for pick up. I was amazed that the car looked better than when I purchased it. Not only did the exterior repairs appear flawless, but the team took the time to extensively detail the interior (a task that was sorely neglected by the owner!) My experience with Bodywerks continues to exceed my expectations. Quality workmanship, a courteous staff, quick turn-times and extra services (i.e. detailing) make for an excellent experience. When I was hit by someone on February 9th this year, things were not the same. My car that I take extremely good care of was smashed and didn’t look like it could be repaired. I brought my car to Bodywerks in Elko, MN. Dawn and Jeff brought a rental car to my house, called me to update me on the progress of my car, and were extremely awesome in dealing with. When I recently was in a car accident, I was so glad to know exactly who to call to have my Envoy repaired. Jeff and Dawn at Bodywerks was my third phone call after I called my husband and the police department. They were able to have a tow truck there within minutes and had my vehicle back in shape within a very short time. Bodywerks has been excellent! Not only did they restore my truck to a like-new state after a local landscaping yard dropped a skid-steer bucket on the bed, but they’ve also helped me out with quick fixes now and again. Most of the time when you need a body shop it is due to an accident. Finding the right body shop to fix it shouldn’t be an accident. I’ve been in the towing & automotive industry for over 25 years & I’ve seen the work of countless body shops & Bodywerks is the cream of the crop. Recently, I brought in a truck with a junkyard hood that required painting to match the truck. Jeff gave me a price & took the keys & in a couple of days he called & said it was done. When I arrived to pick it up, I was totally impressed. Not only was the hood painted but he took the time to blend in the tops of the fenders. In doing that he had to replace the pin striping on the fenders but for the best look he pin striped the whole vehicle! The paint was flawless & the finished work was excellent & all for the price I was originally quoted. Since then Bodywerks has become my “go-to” body shop.
